Who We Are
Terry Britt | President
Terry has been involved in the aviation industry for over thirty years. A private pilot since 1982, Terry has his instrument ticket as well as his multi-engine rating. He is a past Chairman of the Gwinnett County Airport Authority, the third busiest airport in Georgia. He served for seven years as Vice-President and General Manager of the oldest FBO at KLZU. He is a true insurance professional and holds the prestigious designation of Certified Insurance Counselor, is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent and holds the rare Certified Aviation Insurance Professional designation. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Business Aviation Assoc. (“GBAA”), has written articles for several aviation magazines and speaks regularly to organizations such as the National Aviation Transportation Association (NATA).
Robert Burchard | CEO
Prior to becoming the CEO of EBCO Aviation Insurance in March of 2020, Rob was the Founder and President of Aviation Risk Consulting, Inc. and for nearly 18 years served the insurance needs of aviation clients throughout the country. Rob also successfully served as Vice President and Aviation Regional Manager for the two largest Risk Management and Insurance Brokerage firms in the world. In 1995, he became the Southeast Aviation Regional Manager for Alexander & Alexander, based in Atlanta, Georgia, and continued in that capacity after the acquisition by Aon Corporation. He later became the Midwest Aviation Regional Manager for Marsh & McLennan, based in Chicago, Illinois. Rob Burchard is also a graduate of the nationally renowned Risk Management and Insurance program at the University of Georgia and has worked in the insurance industry for 40 years with over 36 years in aviation.
Miller Stallings | Vice President of Sales
Miller is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where he studied Business Management and Sociology. Prior to joining EBCO Aviation Insurance, Miller gained experience in aviation industry by working for an FBO. Miller is an instrument rated fixed wing and helicopter pilot. In addition to EBCO, Miller serves on the board of directors for The Helicopter Association International.
Andrew Burchard | Vice President
Prior to becoming part of EBCO Aviation Insurance, Andrew joined Aviation Risk Consulting, Inc (ARC), serving as a General Aviation Specialist with a broad range of aviation clients throughout the U.S. and rose to be an Assistant Vice President. Andrew is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Entrepreneurship & Entrepreneurial Studies. After graduating from UNCG, he joined Charles Aris, Inc., an Executive Recruiting Firm, where he engaged with and placed top executives in a number of different industries before joining ARC.
Stephen Winters | Executive Broker
Stephen started in aviation at the age of 19 fueling the airlines for a major FBO chain. In 2000 he started in aviation insurance and has worked for 3 different brokerages and most recently the founder of Premier Aviation Insurance prior to merging with EBCO in May 2023. Stephen thoroughly enjoys assessing the needs of clients and finding the right package and works hard to maintain relationships with the underwriting community and referral partners.
Erin Thurman | Account Executive
Erin is a graduate from the University of Louisville. She has been an aviation enthusiast since a very young age. She has 5 years of experience working in an FBO and has time toward her private pilot’s license. Erin is looking forward to building relationships with clients by getting to know them and being an advocate for them.
